Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. This short window ensures quick resolution while maintaining product quality standards.
Note: For hygiene and quality reasons, we recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
What Can’t Be Returned
Certain items are non-returnable to maintain hygiene and fairness:
- Items bought during clearance sales or marked as final sale.
- Customized or altered garments.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories (unless defective).
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your order.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos for a prompt resolution.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable courier service. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your request.
Exchanges
We’ll happily exchange your item for another size or style if it’s in stock and available. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns (unused, tags intact). If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are issued for eligible returns once the item is received and verified in its original condition.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
